Thomeko Eesti uses central cylinder flexo printing machine with six printing modules. Printing machine is made especially for printing artificial casings. Printing machines allow simultaneous printing on both sides of the casing.
The inks used in printing are especially made for the use on food packages, which go through different stages of technological processing, such as stuffing, boiling, intensive cooling and storage in the cooled warehouse.
For starting the printing works, we only need from the customer the design material as a graphical file, all the rest preparation process to printing plate’s takes place in cooperation with the customer at our partners' location.
