Shirring is always based on our customer needs and the opportunities of stuffing machines in his/her use. This approach contributes to the production efficiency of the customers.
We have shirring machines which enable to shirr artificial casings:
- calibre 32 – 165 mm;
- axial, screw or spiral shirring;
- stick lengths 37 – 76 cm;
- 20 – 80 m shirred casing in stick;
- standard shirring which requires soaking before stuffing, or "Ready-to-Stuff" shirring.
